EverQuest II’s Scars of Destruction expansion just got a launch date and a special developer preview stream.
The expansion will be out in two weeks, On November 20th. The beta test that has been going on since October is also set to end when the expansion launches. The expansion will go live at noon Pacific time. “No sense in ‘dragon’ this out any further!” reads the announcement, and the cheesy puns could win us over anytime.
Along with the release date, Darkpaw Games team also announced a developer stream next week to preview the new content and go behind the scenes with the devs on the creation of the annual expansion. If you want to tune in, that's going to happen on November 13th, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific time on the EverQuest II YouTube channel.
With the beta still running, There's still time to drop in and play in the beta if you want to have a shot at earning some special participation rewards that will carry over into the release. Beta bonuses include the Hoarfang Growler and Enchanted Iceling pets, along with a brand new Mercenary.
