EVE Online's Operation Permafrost to Take Place December 17th to January 2nd

From December 17th to January 2nd, EVE Online players can take part in Operation Permafrost, an event that brings "new and exciting challenges, visuals and content" along with exclusive event-specific rewards. Players can look for blueprints for Mordu's Legion and Frostline modules as well as Operation Permafrost SKINs, Bosters and Cerebral Accelerators.

An unknown third party has enlisted your help in disrupting ORE Frostline's operations around the northern polar regions of a mysterious ice dwarf, but beware of the Mordu's Legion ships protecting them!

Players can can access the special content by heading to The Agency via the Neocom menu. A list of objectives will be shown with players able to choose which one to try. The more Event points earned for participation, the more rewards can be unlocked.

In addition, the Winter Celebration is live in EVE Online. Players logging in from December 11th to December 28th can receive a number of goodies just for the effort.
