A new EVE Online video addresses compensation for players for the DDOS attacks which took place earlier.
In case you missed it, these attacks caused massive connectivity issues with the game earlier, with CCP at one point stating,
“Our teams and partners have constantly been working on minimizing the interruption to our services, however, the experience for many pilots have still been suboptimal. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience it has caused you.”
As a result of those attacks, player compensation was announced in form of skill points. Specifically, 100,000 for Alphas and 350,000 for Omegas are being handed out. The video also touches upon the notification system, moon mining, and more.
