Dragon Nest EU servers suffered a severe technical failure in late January with servers only just now coming back online. As a result of the issue, most in-game data was lost including titles, missions, quests, achievements, guild points, inventory and storage items and more.

Publisher Shanda Games was able to reconstruct some of the data outside of the game and players will be receiving a reimbursement package and a compensation package by way of apology.

In the reimbursement package, players will have all characters on account automatically boosted to level 80 with all mandatory quests and missions already completed. Gold will be provided to purchase skills and each character will receive a level up reward box that includes legendary level 70 equipment materials and epic level 80 equipment upgraded to +10.

Cash Shop items will not be replaced, but players will be compensated any currency used in the past several months. Any items purchased prior to November 2015 will be re-sent to player accounts.

By way of compensation, players will receive a laundry list of items including mounts, pets, talismans, pouches and more. Inventory and storage will be fully unlocked and every account will receive 5000 DNP. Lastly, each account will receive a nice package of cash items for free.

From now through March 2nd, players will also enjoy a +200% drop rate increase and players will receive two Big Blessing Point Potions each day with Nests resetting every Wednesday to facilitate farming.
