Ever since Ethyrial: Echoes of Yore launched, Gellyberry Studios has been working to improve the game's stability, offerings, and even releasing a roadmap about a month ago laying out some of the features and improvements they had on the table. That was an optimistic start to June, but some serious issues with the login server followed, and now they've reshuffled their roadmap.
The most recent login server issues began getting serious in late June with the last weekend of the month seeing a lot of unavailability. The team apologized and said that they would be pushing back their next patch to make sure there were no risky updates that could put stability further at risk.
This week, some of those issues continued, but they released a first update that included new monsters, new abilities for character progression, new quest content, new materials, and new abilities for levels 25 and 30. Yesterday, they seemed to make progress on the login server and then updated that they are still waiting to confirm that everything is in order so they can proceed with planned server merges and the new patch content.
Even without the server merges, they are still planning to patch the roadmap content that they have already found to be stable. There's no ETA for those server merges, but they are looking at a patch later in this week to pass in the rest of that content. However, in order to make it work, they've changed a few things about their roadmap.
The armor sets have been delayed, although the material to create them is already in the game. We can expect the armor sets to be added when they are completely done so it will take a while. although the new creatures in the game will let you gather the material so that when the armor sets are added, many players should have a chance to create them pretty quickly. Guilds have been rescheduled completely and the team expects them to be out next month.
