The Eternal Magic team has announced that closed beta testing will not be coming this week as originally planned. CBT was supposed to have started on July 17th, but in a new post on the game's Facebook page, it has been revealed that testing is being delayed until September 4th.
The team cites the need for more internal testing to ensure that existing systems are ready to go as well as to guarantee server optimization and to provide players with improved localization.
Those players who had applied for CBT will receive special in-game items once Eternal Magic enters open beta. Those who purchased Early Access Packs will receive in-game currency at the start of OBT. This amount will be "equal to the cost of the previously purchased EAP."
