If you play Elder Scrolls Online on consoles, here’s your friendly reminder that Markarth and Update 28 release today on Xbox One and PS4.
The release today was moved ahead by one day in order to release before the launch of the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S tomorrow, and the PS5 on November 12. Zenimax Online Studios had tweeted this news last week saying,
“We’re excited to let you know that in order to get ahead of the new next-gen console launches next week, we’re shifting the console launch of Markarth and Update 28 forward one day. Maintenance will now be on Monday, November 9. We can’t wait to have you explore the Reach!”
If you play Elder Scrolls Online on PC, then no need to worry. Markarth and Update 28 are already both out on PC. Markarth itself contains:
- New Zone – The Reach
- New Solo Arena – Vateshran Hollows
- New Item Sets
- New Antiquities
- New Collectibles and Outfit Styles
- New Motifs
- New Achievements, Titles & Dyes
- New Furnishings
Update 28 is quite extensive and covers off the base game and its subsequent chapters. You can check out the full patch notes here.
