The English site for Elyon, previously titled Ascent: Infinite Realm, has now gone live. And there’s some information we can glean.
If you’re unfamiliar with the game Elyon takes place in a high fantasy steampunk world where machines and magic rule and everyone is dependent on flight to explore, travel, and conquer. In search of a new home, adventurers take to the skies using a wide selection of airships, vehicles, and flying mounts to traverse Elyon’s open, highly vertical world.
The site was announced on Twitter earlier. Once you head over to the site, you’re greeted with a trailer of sorts which you can quickly scroll below. The main page actually provides plenty of information on the game, including war between two factions: the Vulpin Council and the Ontari Union. The former are a group of aristocrats, while the latter are a bunch of scrappy upstarts.
The site also shows off four races including the catlike Ein, Elves, Humans, and Orcs. Classes are also previewed briefly including Elementalist, Mystic, Warlord, Assassin, Gunslinger. The site also previews skill customization, non-target combat, one-man army, and large-scale battles.
