Console players now have access to both the Scions of Ithelia DLC and Update 41 for Elder Scrolls Online, as the latest update is finally live on all platforms.
Sometimes, it takes a bit longer for DLCs and updates to hit all platforms, but long time fans of the Elder Scrolls franchise who choose to play on console now have access to all of the new content that made its way to Elder Scrolls Online PC players almost two weeks ago.
The new DLC features new dungeons to traverse and an immersive new storyline for players to follow along with. The base game patch, or Update 41, also brings new updates to everyone as part of the patch. This includes things like new rewards for PvP item set rewards as well as an all new Mythic item that can be acquired through the Antiquities system.
PC players were already granted access to the ESO Plus Membership that gave a free Scions of Ithelia Deluxe bundle, but today Console players will have two weeks to claim their prize for purchasing the membership right after the DLC launch.
More exciting things are heading to Elder Scrolls Online players in just a few days, such as the Jesters Festival making its return. The limited time event gives everyone a chance to enjoy the festivities in Ebonheart, Vulkhel Guard, or Daggerfall, and get different rewards from opening Jesters Festival Boxes.
