When Update 21 launches, all players will find a number of pretty cool QoL improvements, none neater than the new Zone Guide. When players enter a new zone, or even a previously-visited zone, they will be provided tons of information to "help players that want to complete a zone or those that feel lost and want to find something to do".

Players can find information about:

  • Featured Achievements
  • Zone Story Quests completed
  • Wayshrines unlocked
  • Delves completed
  • Points of Interest visited
  • Striking Locales visited
  • Set Crafting Stations visited
  • Mundus Stones visited
  • Public Dungeons completed
  • Dolmens / Abyssal Geysers completed
  • World Bosses defeated
  • Skyshards unlocked
  • Lorebooks unlocked

The Zone Guide also directs players to the first major story quest giver if selected or will direct veterans who may have completed the quests to the next feature on the list if they're looking for something to do.

In addition to the Zone Guide, players will also find a retooled Guild Trader UI to "dramatically change how you find and purchase items".  The goal, according to Lead UI Designer Bobby Weir, is to make it much easier for players to find exactly what they're looking for". To do this, players will be able to search for specific items, even if they can't remember the full name.

Check out the details on the Elder Scrolls Online site.
