Thanks to our own BlueTurtle, we know that EA has filed a new trademark for "Jade Empire" perhaps signaling the creation of a new game based on the original 2005 BioWare game (published by Microsoft Game Studios). The difference is the description: "Entertainment service, namely, providing an online computer game...via the Internet". That said, it could also be that it is simply a renewal of the trademark since Electronic Arts Inc. is already listed as the current trademark owner.
