PlayEnvy has announced that the first Closed Beta phase for their upcoming game Dungeon Bandits has concluded successfully. The first beta phase included a "Kill the GM" event that we reported on previously, and it turns out the defenders won, though the GM was eventually taken down after 10 minutes by a tester named 'Kastorplus'.

With phase one under their belt, PlayEnvy has announced that CBT2 or Closed Beta phase 2 will begin on Friday, January 29th and run until Sunday, January 31st.
The second test will include changes to character movement, the game's automatic updater, as well as other minor tweaks and fixes. CBT1 testers will be automatically grandfathered into future tests including the upcoming CBT2 test. New testers can register their keys here.
