In a report by Eurogamers Tom Phillips, the fourth Dragon Age game will take place in Tevinter, but other unexplored lands may also be included. The information came from the book BioWare’s Stories and Secrets from 25 Years of Game Development.
The book also details several other locations that players have yet to see in the Dragon Age franchise.

Not much is known about the latest Dragon Age game, but as Tom mentions in the tweet, this may be the first confirmation that Tevinter and some of its surrouding areas will be included in the next sequel.
