Ubisoft announced earlier that Title Update 9.1 for The Division 2 has been delayed.

Due to release yesterday, the team noted that the update has been delayed due to further testing in order to avoid introducing unintended issues. They still plan on releasing the update sometime this week,

“We previously mentioned that Title Update 9.1 was meant to be deployed during a maintenance tomorrow but we made the decision today to delay the update, as we feel further testing is needed to ensure we avoid the introduction of new issues and deliver a high quality patch. We aim to get TU9.1 into your hands as soon as possible and our current goal is to deploy the update this week.”

We know that Title Update 9.1 is meant to bring several optimizations thanks to a previous Reddit post outlining the changes. Some highlights include fixes to address:

  • Framerate drops in the Dark Zones.
  • Friendly Oxidizers damaging ally Skills.
  • Recommended Activity tab not closing.
  • The Frenzy talent staying active when swapping weapons.

NPC balancing and player balancing are also addressed. The team notes that Title Update 10 will address more global changes. Additionally, note that the raid is still scheduled for Spring 2020, but no date has been given at this time.
