Disconnect Issue Resolved, Compensation to be Offered

The Black Desert Online forum has a good news post for players who have been frustrated over rampant disconnects over the past few weeks. The issue has been identified by the server host provider, Leaseweb, and has been resolved, though the team will be closely monitoring the issue going forward. 

In addition, Kakao acknowledges player discontent regarding the now-resolved issue and its wish for compensation for "losses and disruption" during the weeks the issue has plagued servers. "We can confirm that we will be providing this, and details will soon follow", the post reads.

"We are deeply sorry that this whole incident occurred and took so long to resolve. We ensure you that we will commit to swiftly solving future problems so that all of our players can enjoy a smoother experience." it continues.
