Direct2Drive.com has announced a fund raising benefit for beleaguered Japan. For every game sold from now through March 21st, D2D.com will donate $1 to emergency relief funds to assist the victims of last week's earthquake and tsunami. There is an impressive list of participating developers and publishers including Masthead Studios, SOE, Atari and many more.
On March 11, 2011 a magnitude-9.0 earthquake struck Japan, unleashing a 23-foot tsunami and leaving enormous destruction in its wake.
Beginning March 16th thru March 21st, we, along with several valued partners, will donate $1 for every game sold to support emergency relief efforts in Japan.
Enormous relief efforts will be required to help Japan recover and rebuild.
