Starting on January 23 at 10 AM PST, Diablo IV Season of the Construct will officially begin, bringing players to never-before-seen dungeons and a plethora of new content to indulge in.
Season of the Construct introduces an ancient technology to the game known as The Loom, which was stolen by the demon Malphas. During the brand new questline, players will team up with a new friend who used to be very close to Malphas in an attempt to defeat the demon and his not-so-friendly constructs.
There will be a new town center hidden below Kehjistan for players to explore, which will act as a “base of operations” of sorts as players embark on this new seasonal journey. As we mentioned before, there will be new dungeons and vaults to blast through, and within them lies Governing and Tuning Stones that players can use to upgrade their very own companion called the Seneschal.
Governing Stones are used to determine which attacks the companion can utilize in battle. In contrast, the Tuning Stones will be used to upgrade those skills to harness the powers within to grant players more utility.
These new vaults are not for the weak or faint of heart, as they are filled with several new monsters who each have elemental Hazards that players must combat at all costs if they wish to survive.
