Diablo Immortal’s next update will offer a series of balance changes, improvements, and events. The Season 31, Torment Upon Torment, Battle Pass also gets a preview in the latest devblog.
The update is live, with 10 new runes being added. All runes can be rare monster drops, but if you really want to up your chances of getting one, starting September 30th take on Abyssal Verge. This particular update is mostly about balance changes, fixes, and returning events that will also lead up to the October return of the Hallow’s Wake event.
Until then, there’s enough spooky content in the hordes of demons (and sometimes, other teams) you’ll get to fight on the regular in events like Wild Brawl, and Alley of Blood, All Clans on Deck. Reap some rewards in the return of Winds of Fortune and Shady Stock.
The Season 31 Battle Pass is live today with 40 ranks of rewards to claim, like Legendary Gems, Crests, and Hilts. The team released a new trailer giving you a preview of just some of what you can walk away with as you progress through battle pass ranks from now through October 24th. If you’re looking to impress, the shop also has some new goodies. The Nightmoon Curse Cosmetic Is a new Cosmetics set that you can buy in Standard, Collector, and Deluxe versions.
There are balance changes for most classes and there are several improvements, particularly to PvP mode Tower War. Now, when you reach the next major rank, Silver, Gold, or Legendary, and things don't go your way a few times and you lose, your rank will take a couple of dings , but you will not drop down to the lower tier before the end of the season. Other Tower War changes Include adjustments to the required point total for a victory, a faster boss appearance, and better matchmaking. Additionally, Challenge of the Immortal gets a few boosts since the mode was underperforming.
Diablo Immortal increased Warband size, added a premium guild rename feature, new dungeon stats tab, more flexibility with Familiars, and more to improve the player experience.
