The Diablo 4 Blood Harvest is going well, with the community already having met the first goal, unlocking themed weapon skins for all.

The effort, which helps encourage blood donation in the US amid shortages, is going on now, appropriately during the Season of Blood. The ultimate goal is 666 quarts of blood in donations. Since the campaign was announced just five days ago, the community has breezed past the first goal and hit 44% of that full goal. This means that the following weapon skins are going to be given out to anyone, whether you donated or not:

  • Dagger: Bloodpetal Anlace
  • Axe: Bloodpetal Sever
  • Necromancer Focus: Bloodpetal Heart
  • Sword: Bloodpetal Blade
  •  Druid Staff: Bloodpetal Bludgeon

There are two more goals to reach, with armor skins at 66% of the goal and a brand new mount and the opening of a sweepstakes for a new PC waiting at the big finish line. At this pace, those should be met in no time. You can track all of the communiy's progress on this campaign over at the Diablo Blood Harvest website, which features an already lively blood fountain in tribute to Lord Zir.

If you need some more frights during this bloody season in Diablo 4, there’s a new webtoons series available. These follow the series of short stories released earlier in the year.

“There are 6 ominous installments in total to shock and delight. Each individual tale of this anthology delves into the unseemly and macabre; the imagined terrors that lurk before the light of another grim dawn. A lone wanderer strikes a bargain in a sleepy village, a family cautiously welcomes their newest member, a child seeks to pay respects to a lost Grandparent, and more”

Read the six parts, all from Jo Seok, here via Blizzard.
