With the Season of Blood coming October 17th, the Diablo 4 team has set a date for their next Campfire Chat livestream to talk about the season and upcoming improvements.

The stream will happen  in just one week, on October 4th at 11:00 a.m. Pacific time. The devs will talk about the upcoming season as well as quality of life improvements that the team announced at Gamescom in August.

With the vampiric threat descending upon Sanctuary, there will be info on what you might want to do to prepare for this next season. Threats and scourges never rest when it comes to Sanctuary, after all. They'll give us a preview of details about the coming season, delve into the various threats and powers that these vampiric enemies wield.  They’ll also let us in on using the power of their blood to help you fight back.

At Gamescom in august, the team announced several quality of life updates that will be coming in Aeason 2. One of the most requested is expanded Sash space and improvements to storage, as well as additional enhancements and changes to dungeons and mounts. This stream will also give us a rundown on all of these improvements that are coming, giving the community a chance to review changes before they eventually drop later in the month.

Finally, there will be a community Q&A.

This is the first stream dealing with a new season but there will be another Campfire Chat happening on October 10th where the developers will dive into proposed upcoming class balance changes and system reworks.

This is significant, because the devs vowed that they would be transparent in the future, give the community plenty of time to review upcoming balance changes, and not do any drastic changes like they did in that first controversial patch. They’re following through here, but first up, vampires and a peek into the meat of Season 2.

See the announcement at Diablo IV.
