Destiny 2 Armor Mod Disabled to Stop Super Spamming

It appears that Bungie has already disabled an armor mod which allowed people to spam Supers in Destiny 2.

The armor mod in question is the Dynamo armor mod which is part of the just-released Season of Dawn. The Dynamo mod is a type of Void class armor mod. This means that in order to use this mod, you simply need a Void class item.

More specifically, the Dynamo mod reduces your Super cooldown. So significant is this reduction, that it’s nearly instantaneous,

Bungie responded,

Due to an issue where the Dynamo Mod can regenerate a Super at abnormal speeds, it has been disabled until a hotfix can be deployed.

We’ll have to wait and see if and how Bungie decides to reimplement the mod.
