Descent: Underground Now Available on Steam Early Access

Descent: Underground, a reboot of the eponymous classic 90's FPS, is now available on Steam Early Access. Here's a description of the game from developer Descendent Studios:

An officially-licensed prequel to the enormously successful Descent series of games, Descent: Underground combines first-person shooter action with six degrees of freedom vehicular movement. Players take on the role of pilots commanding space-combat ships in high-stakes battles for control of warrenlike asteroid mines.

The developers are also live right now (11AM EST) with a livestream demo of the game on Twitch.
