DC Universe Online's 'Flashpoint' Episode Releasing April

DC Universe Online has announced the Flashpoint episode set to launch in April.

In this episode, it looks like super heroes are turning on each other with Professor Zoom apparently fine with the paradox, Flashpoint, being pulled into our universe. Naturally, the timeline is in peril and it might be up to us to save it.

We’re the so-called timeline-anchored heroes and villains to step in and save the world before it disappears forever. In a press release, Senior Producer, Landon Falls, provided a short statement on Flashpoint,

“I was so excited when we settled on adding Flashpoint elements to our Anniversary event. After that, I just needed to see Thomas Wayne as Batman in Flashpoint Gotham City, and the team nailed it."

It turns out that the team has been leading up to Flashpoint for a while now, according to Lead Content Designer Rob Frazier. This began with Wonderverse culminating in Flashpoint this April. The new episode will see you traverse the globe and brings in several different stories from the comics.

There will be standard and elite versions of All on Duty content. Additionally, open world missions will be included alongside duo, alert, and two raids. Of course, there will be new rewards like gear, styles, base items, and feats. Look for it in April on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch.
