Back in October, independent studio Rebel Wolves and Bandai Namco announced a global publishing deal for the developer’s upcoming dark fantasy action RPG. Now, the game has a confirmed updated title, The Blood of Dawnwalker, a first teaser, and a reveal on the way.
We got a brief new teaser from Bandai Namco, captioned with “Vale Sangora. An enigmatic place, home to the events of The Blood of Dawnwalker, developed by the talented minds of Rebel Wolves”. The Blood of Dawnwalker, a dark fantasy open-world narrative-focused action RPG, will be the first game in an intended franchise.
“The world needs what it fears,” one of the teaser’s cards says.
When we say the new teaser is brief, it is very brief, but it is effectively a teaser for the big reveal that is set for January 13th, the date of the Full Wolf Moon. Now that we have the title, a little more detail, a place name, and the special lunar reveal date, it's time to speculate on what you think might be coming.
The development studio was co-founded and led by former The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt lead, Konrad Tomaszkiewicz. The team is developing Blood of the Dawnwalker in Unreal Engine 5 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox.
