Dante Unbound, Warframe’s first update of 2024, will be coming in March. Digital Extremes revealed Dante, the 56th Warframe, a caster that uses his own Exalted Weapon, the Grimoire, Noctua.
Dante, known as the master of reality’s pages, has a design that’s inspired by classic MMO casters. He uses the spectral pages of his tome to destroy enemies and maybe give them some paper cuts of the spectral kind. Expect more reveals and a deep dive into Dante, his abilities, and strategies as we get closer to the big update in March.
Also coming in March are some quality of life changes. Among the changes is a rework of Inaros, the living sandstorm, who will arrive along with Dante.
Digital Extremes also announced a few other tidbits to look forward to, including the arrival of new designs sourced through TennoGen. The collaborative project brings community artists and their designs into a potential opportunity to have their work featured as cosmetics in Warframe, with Digital Extremes sharing the revenue with the artists. Options include Warframe and weapon skins, accessories, and more. The TennoGen style guide has also gotten a new update, and the team is looking for new submissions based on Whispers in the Walls, and takes on Dagath and Qorvex.
The recent announcement and update that brought Gauss Prime to Warframe made such a splash that the team has uploaded the music from the cinematic for all to stream.
