Cyberpunk 2077 has received official modding tools as announced by CD Projekt RED earlier. Here are the details.
The tools were quietly announced on the official site without much fanfare earlier. The tools include three different downloads, in addition to a fourth list of IDs. The first download involves metadata which is required by some of the tools.
The next is an ArchiveDump which is a utility for listing contents of game data archives. The third download is TweakDump which is a utilitye for listing contents of game Tweak DB binaries. The final tool includes the TweakDB IDs which is that list of IDs of Tweak DB entries. These IDs are created using TweakDump and tweakdb.str metadata.
Recently, Patch 1.1 was released for PC, consoles, and Stadia. However, it apparently introduced a game-breaking bug involving Takemura. You can see the workaround for that bug here.
