The Crowfall reflected on 2020 in a recent blog post while looking ahead to what’s in store for 2021.

The post celebrates the completion of Series A funding in January with Alpha beginning in May. The Beta followed in August which also saw their best month in Kickstarter for new registrations and backers. The post also continues, discussing how the game isn’t quite what it needs to be yet. However, with 2021 just around the corner, there’s much to look forward to.

The team discuss several features like the Castle, tournament system, performance improvements, and a balance pass. The post also discusses how Todd and the team are excited to see the game launch and “become real” including their first playable PvP test,

“I’m excited for the backers who have been with us since the Hunger Dome days -- our first playable PvP test -- who will be able to say “I was there when it started,” and for those of you who joined us along the way.”
