Crimson Desert Will Be Playable for the First Time in North America at PAX East

Pearl Abyss is bringing a chance to play Crimson Desert to North American players for the first time at PAX East in Boston. 

The 2025 editon of the convention takes place from Thursday, May 8th through Sunday, May 11th at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. Pearl Abyss is also going to have exclusive swag to give away for those who stop by their booth and play the open-world action RPG. There's no word yet on just what the demo at PAX East will consist of, or what the swag will be.

One of the top questions will be are we going to get something new? The team first revealed gameplay and had its first demo at Gamescom back in August of 2024, there have been several reveals, and a release window announcement. Crimson Desert is set to release in late 2025 on PC, Playstation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Mac.

With that in mind, Pearl Abyss looks to be ramping up with their eyes on that release window. After a few delays, moving to get the game into more players’ hands is a good sign.
