Have you ever thought it was a great time when you crafted something only to watch it fail and lose all of your materials? Yeah, we thought not. Well, it appears Pearl Abyss agrees, too.
At least temporarily.
The studio has announced a special event for Black Desert Online titled J’s Hammer of Precision. The event will allow players to craft the game’s most powerful items without fear of failure – for a while.
The event will run through November 27th, so players will have some time to enjoy the lack of anxiety over crafting, but all good things must come to an end (I guess?).
The event itself is only half of the story, however. Players will still need to acquire the Hammer of Precision accessory, which has a number of prerequisites. One of those pre-requisites is that players must have 200 hours played in the game, so new players are out of luck until they catch up. Additionally, players must have completed the Mediah questline Apocalyptic Prophecy or Chapter 7 of Fughar’s Memorandum. Lastly, players will need to be at least level 61.
