My.com and Obsidian Entertainment have sent out a brand new video to show off the awesome PvE component in Armored Warfare. Players can take part in three levels of missions that send them off into battle against AI that can be relatively benign at the lowest level and range to wickedly alert in the highest.
The objectives are the most important part. There are two types: Primary Objectives and Secondary Objectives.
All objectives do have a time limit. A mission only ends with a success if all the primary objectives are completed. Completing secondary objectives will award the players with additional rewards if the mission is successfully finished. There are many types of objectives, the most common ones include: capturing a location, destroying a target, protecting a target, and preventing the enemy from capturing a location.
All tasks are given out by a special operative, whose voice guides the players during the mission itself, warns them of objective changes, enemy waves approaching, and other mission events. At the end of the mission, the operative explains the mission outcome to the players and issues rewards for their performance.
