Conqueror’s Blade has a brand new historical Chinese, Tang Dynasty-inspired season kicking off today, Dragonrise.
As with all new seasons, you can expect new units, a new seasonal campaign with quests, events, and a new Battle Pass.
The Dragonrise season will bring three new units: Feathered Crossbowmen (3-star), Wuwei Mansion Guard (4-star), and Xuanjia Heavy Cavalry (5-star). Feathered Crossbowmen are lightly armored units, carrying both a crossbow and a sword they can switch between, depending on the situation. Wuwei Mansion guards are…well, guards. They’re distinctly responsible for protecting their commander, offering powerful backup. Xuanjia Heavy Cavalry are heavily armored and able to handle any enemies.
The seasonal campaign starts off in Maoyang or Liangyun, and will head to Longting later. Battle in territory wars twice a week with your house and complete the stages along the way, you'll be able to prepare for a final fight at the end of the season.
There's also a completely revamped Border Fort map, with improved layout design, more supply points, a new area to defend, and a more balanced offering overall for both attackers and defenders. Not only is there a new season, but a vintage map getting an upgrade should keep things fresh.
Between the free and premium Battle Pass options, there are more than 100 rewards to unlock, including brand new, historically-inspired cosmetics. If you buy the Battle Pass in-game and spend 1,000 Sovereigns, you’ll automatically unlock the Snow Falcon Hero Attire. Other potential rewards include the New Dawn Hero Attire for Battle Pass level 100, Tiger Battalion Unit Attire, and the Mighty Qinghu Mount Set.
There are several season launch events, including new items in the shop, attire chests, and a brand new round of Twitch Drops.
