Solasta 2, a sequel to the 2020 CRPG Solasta: Crown of the Magister, was announced as a world premiere trailer at The Game Awards.
The tactical CRPG sequel promises a return to a “faithfulness to the Tabletop experience,” assumedly Dungeons & Dragons’s 5th Edition as always, with a party of four adventuring to save Neokos ten years after the original Solasta. It also promises a far more open world for players to uncover and explore, making choices along the way.
The game, much like the original (which our reviewer gave a 9.5), will have a four-player multiplayer mode so friends can join as well, though players can also go on the adventure themselves if they’re looking for more control.
The Game Awards trailer doesn’t just tease, but also features a first glimpse at some of the gameplay, including in-engine renders of some of the stunning settings.
The Steam page is currently up, so those looking to get their hands on it can follow for more details on the demo and early access.
