Steam recently released its Steam Replay for 2022, highlighting how each user spent their time on the platform this year.
The Replay feature on Steam gives each user a personalized view of how they spent their time on Steam during 2022, showing a breakdown of the most played games, how many sessions you spent in each game throughout the year, where you played them and more.
It even breaks it down on a month by month basis to see how your gaming trends fared and changed over the year. Steam also highlights the genres that were most important to you this year. For me, I apparently spent most of my time in MMORPGs, Open-World Survival Crafting and farming sims. That month of Stardew on my Steam Deck really was magical.
The replay even gives you information based on your own playtime versus the rest of Steam, such as whether the games you played were even released in 2022, amount of achievement unlocks versus the rest of Steam, and more.
You can check out your Steam Replay by simply logging into Steam's Replay website. Also, keep in mind the Steam Winter Sale is still ongoing, just in case you have any gift cards burning a hole in your pocket from the holidays.
