Cyberpunk 2077 has had some mixed reactions from the wide gaming population at large, with last gen consoles finding it hard to run the game at all. The upper management at CD Projekt Red has released a statement regarding these issues, their failure at coming through for last gen consoles, and what they plan to do about it.
The letter was released by the Board of Directors, Marcin Iwi?ski, Piotr Nielubowicz, Adam Badowski, Micha? Nowakowski, Piotr Karwowski and Adam Kici?ski.

As posted in the notice, fixes are planned soon, but it’s fairly clear that the game will never run as well as advertised on the older consoles, despite being billed as a game accessible to both last gen and next gen consoles. PC improvements have also been planned. Our team has had quite a bit to say about Cyberpunk 2077 so far, including our Editor’s experiences on Stadia, and Mike’s Good, Bad and Ugly of Cyberpunk article that hit over the weekend.
