CD Projekt Red, the developers behind such games as Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077, have announced a Pride Month charity stream for tomorrow. Here’s what you need to know.
The charity stream will run tomorrow on the official Twitch channel from 9a CEST to 10p CEST. The charity in question is Kampania Przeciw Homofobii (Campaign Against Homophobia). If you’re unfamiliar with KPH, they’re a Polish NGO working for LGBT people via political, social, and legal advocacy.
Games will be played during the stream including The Witcher, The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, GWENT: The Witcher Card Game, Thronebreaker: The Witcher tales, and Cyberpunk 2077.
Hosts will include Ryan Shou, Alicja Kozera, Pawe? Burza, Gabriela Pešková, Magdalena Czarnecka, Monika Janowska, Miles Tost, Philipp Weber, and Amelia Ko?at from the CD Projekt RED team.
Additionally, for each donation made by the audience, CDPR will match up to a total of 50,000 PLN. You can learn more details on the stream here.
In recent CDPR news, Cyperpunk 2077 is headed back to the PlayStation Store on June 21. As Sony noted in a statement to IGN,
“SIE can confirm that Cyberpunk 2077 will be re-listed on PlayStation Store starting June 21, 2021. Users will continue to experience performance issues with the PS4 edition while CD Projekt Red continues to improve stability across all platforms. SIE recommends playing the title on PS4 Pro or PS5 for the best experience."
Earier this month, CD Projekt SA reported net profits below analysts’ expectations.
