Camelot Unchained’s latest community update touts improved performance and more. Here are the details.

The performance improvements seem to be a main focus in this latest update. It looks like the leads for art and tech have collaborated to discover and fix issues relating to the client performance. Initially, this looked at AMD performance. However, this has since grown to encompass the client as a whole regardless of your GPU.

The update also touched on improved networking. It looks like the process to network gametime to the client was greatly improved upon, with improvements to accuracy for the prediction of projectiles, for example.

The update also touches on bug fixes, metrics improvements, health and discovery improvements, build and pipeline improvements, centralized logging, CUBE building fixes, rendering fixes, rendering in general, improvements to the launcher, continued work on building optimizations, rendering transparency, and much more.

You can check out the full community update here, along with some pretty neat concept art along the way.
