Book of Demons Headed to Early Access on July 28th

Thing Trunk has announced that its upcoming hack-n-slash RPG Book of Demons will be heading to Steam Early Access on July 28th. The team, based on feedback from recent player events, feels that the game is polished enough and is ready for a broader playerbase to further test its stability and to garner further suggestions for improvement.

Book of Demons is described as a "deck building hack'n'slash adventure where players determine the length of quests". According to the site, game sessions can last five minutes or five hours depending on what the player wishes. 

In BoD, players collect cards and use them to create a deck for use in battle in procedurally generated dungeons that are randomly populated. The twist? Book of Demons is set in a "paper-cut" universe.

Early Access packages run $17.99 for the next nine days, $19.99 afterwards.
