“Blue Protocol” has been trademarked by Bandai Namco in EU and NA according to a listing.

Of course, this is far from official confirmation. We simply have no word on whether or not we’ll see Blue Protocol in the west. In fact, as of July last year, Bandai Namco had stated that they had no plans to bring the game to the West,
"I've just received word from Bandai Namco that they have no plans for a western release at the moment. However, they also said that "this is subject to change", so there is still a chance that Blue Protocol will hit the western market in the future." - Blue Protocol Subreddit Admin u/Furia_BD
Given the recent timing of these entries in December and January, it’s at least a start. We’ll have to stay tuned.
