Blue Protocol is shaping up to be a pretty interesting MMO, and BANDAI NAMCO Studios planned a recruitment briefing for interested parties with experience in game development, or those interested in Blue Protocols development and looking for experience. This week, BlueProtocolDB also released some datamined info that will certainly be of interest to potential Blue Protocol players.

The tweet was initially posted back in October, but today November 12th 2020, is the day that BANDAI NAMCO Studios held the zoom webinar. The registration page details what applicants should expect, such as a “secret story” of the development of Blue Protocol as well as a chat with the game and technical directors – which included a Q&A.

The interview process appears to be of a casual nature, but for those looking at this as a job opportunity, the team specifically states that the positions available are for mid-career professionals and not students or work experience applicants.

“Because it is a casual interview for mid-career recruitment purposes, students and those who do not have work experience will not be eligible. Please note that the interview will be conducted in Japanese and no interpretation will be available.”

On a more game-specific note, dataminers were able to find a lot of information on classes, guilds and zones. Interested parties would likely want to check out the entire data mined post to see everything they were able to pull, but below is a short list of some interesting class names:

  • Wizard
  • Sword Slayer
  • Artist
  • Gunslinger
  • Blast Archer
  • Twin Striker
  • Engineer
  • Slayer
  • Spellcaster
  • Aegis Fighter
  • Vanguard
  • Sentinel

Recently Blue Protocol has hit the beta scene again, as the Japanese Closed Beta ran earlier this month. It’s been said several times that interest in the game has been overwhelming, and more than BANDAI NAMCO Studios expected.
