Blizzard has outlined several World of Warcraft changes and other helpful info as we all prepare for the Shadowlands pre-patch.
First up, character boosts are changing. Basically, level 120 character boosts will now boost you to level 50, with level 110 boosts boosting you to level 48. Blizzard also outlined several adjustments for levels, items, and stats.
The post also discussed Exile’s Reach, the new starter experience. You’ll starting your journey here if you’re new to WoW. You’ll also have access to a newcomer chat. Once you reach level 20, you won’t have access to this chat.
Timewalking campaigns were also touched on which basically allow content from certain locations to scale to your level. Adjustments to Recruit a Friend were also outlined. BFA PvP Season 4 is set to end as well once the pre-patch goes live.
If you participated in Season 4, you should be sure to grab your rewards. Blizzard here has two pieces of advice:
- Refrain from transferring your character(s) to another realm or faction until after Battle for Azeroth Season 4 has ended.
- Battle for Azeroth Season 4 titles and mounts will be awarded approximately two weeks after the season ends.
