Get ready for August 28 as Blizzard will be opening WoW Shadowlands raid testing for the second wing of Castle Nathria LFR.
The update was provided by Blizzard in their official forums. The testing will be conducted on August 28 and will run through August 21. It will take place at 14:00 PDT. If you want to get into the correct raid zone. You’ll want to talk to Nexus-Lord Donjon Rade IV in either Oribos, Dalaran, Orgrimmar, or Stormwind who will teleport you to the raid zone. Note, you can only teleport when the zone is open for testing. There’s no point spamming it.
You can also use whichever character you want for the raid test. Blizzard notes that they’ll be scaling effective level to 60 for purposes of the test. Item levels will be scaled to the appropriate thresholds as well.
As for the length of the test, Blizzard notes it could take anywhere from 45 minutes, to two hours,
“The primary purpose of testing is to give us the information we need to balance the encounters, evaluate how mechanics are playing out in practice, and identify bugs. Once we’re satisfied that we’ve received that information for a given boss, we’ll be shutting down testing. Usually this takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, but there are no guarantees.”
