Blizzcon is the annual Blizzard-themed fan convention taking place in Anaheim, California in November. Normally, it takes place over a single weekend, but this year, Blizzard is ramping things up with its first-ever "Season of Blizzcon" that will feature a couple of months' worth of Blizzcon-themed events and more. To kick things off, the team has put together a video called "The Best of Blizzcon: Top Surprises" from the past 11 years of conventions.
In addition, a new infographic has been released that "highlights stats and fun facts about our players and what they do in and outside of our games, and with a few eye-popping facts about what goes into making a Blizzcon spectacle".
Over the next couple months, fans can look forward to more "Best of Blizzcon" videos, each with its own unique theme as well as cosplay information, special artist spotlights, a look at "historical items from our games" and much more.
