UPDATE: Situation resolved.
According to @BlizzardCS on Twitter, Blizzard server network providers are undergoing an DDoS attack that is affecting all of the company's titles including Overwatch, World of Warcraft, Diablo 3, Heroes of the Storm, Starcraft and Hearthstone.
