Later today, Blizzard is opening up WoW Classic raid testing for Naxxramas. Here are the details you need to know if you want to participate.
The test will begin today at 2p PDT and run through 6p PDT. That’s 5p ET – 9p ET for you east coast folks. Noth the Plaguebringer, Heigan the Unclean, and Loatheb will be the available bosses. A bunch of adjustments were made as well including Jonny McWeaksauce can be found in all capital cities. He’s there to help teleport you to Naxxramas.
Additionally, the buff while in Naxxrama has been nerfed. This is to prevent groups from skipping mechanics that Blizzard is looking to test. However, Blizzard writes the buff is still significant enough to be useful, so be sure to pick it up.
Blizzard also published a short FAQ if you still have questions. For example, they address the question of whether or not you can test with an unfilled content-ready raid group. They write that a zone aura will be there to buff you. But they remind us that the test’s intent is not to challenge you. The test is to test out the boss mechanics so they can receive feedback on raid mechanics.
