In celebration of Black Desert Online’s 8th anniversary, Pearl Abyss will be holding a special “Adventurer’s Oasis” event in Los Angeles, California in early March.
“At Adventurers' Oasis, meet and socialize with other Adventurers, bond over yummy food and drinks, and have a fun time together!” the official event site explains, open to players from any platform of Black Desert Online.
The “AO — Anniversary Fiesta” includes a cosplay contest, exclusive merch, live music, a free dinner and drinks, a meet-and-greet with Pearl Abyss team members, and other “community activities.”

There aren’t any specifics on all of these, but last year’s Orange County event and a recent one in NYC included some setups, a live “dalgona game” (per Hunger Games fame), other small fan games and contests, raffles with some cool prizes, and a speech from the CEO.
The Adventurers’ Oasis LA event will take place on March 2, 2024. Registration for the event is limited to one per person, with two per application, from now until February 4th. Selected attendees will be notified on the 7th, and invites will be non-transferable and locked into the officially-selected attendee only. It also seems the event is free, if chosen, but players will need to find their own way via public transport.
