Black Desert Online tweaks Maegu and other classes, continues adding more helpful UI changes, fixes a number of issues, and starts a new round of events.

After the last series of major updates, this week is more of a patch for fixes and smaller quality of life improvements. Several classes get tweaks and fixes, but Maegu gets some changes just like her sister before her. When it comes to balance for the latest of the Twin Class sisters, She's finally had a little time to settle in and needed some balance due to her unique style that is new to Black Desert.

For example, she uses an illusory duplicate to distract and confuse her enemies and this style does not have a back step defense, so each of her skills has been adjusted to balance the damage dealt to counteract the new difficulty presented by her playstyle.

When it comes to PVP, particularly large-scale PVP like Conquest Wars, her attack damage has been balanced with a reduction because she was a little too powerful since she casts damage in a wide range. This is not the beginning of balance for the new character, because while she shines in PvP and her PVE damage remains the same, Pearl Abyss plans some enhancements to her skills and  another look at balance over the coming weeks.

Some of the other changes in the patch include a number of fixes, including corrected text, error messages, and an improvement that lets you skip the animation when you are applying skill add-ons.

The week’s events, under Guild & Life skill week, are designed for progression and bonuses.  There’s Dongaek’s Primatic Tickets, which let you get ticket entries into a prize draw, with some guaranteed rewards available too. Liana’s Lost Luggage will let you get your hand son accessories with TRI (III) Manos equivalent stats. Maegu also gets continued events to help you level her up as well.
