It appears that the DDoS attacks on Black Desert Online servers are continuing for North American players. The team has indicated that it is "investigating this promptly" and that it seems to be resolved for the time being after "measures to alleviate the servers" were deployed. A Korean BDO player is being taken to court after writing a series of posts quite critical of Pearl Abyss and challenging the company's business ethics.
