Black Desert Online is taking us into the Land of the Morning Light in June, and Pearl Abyss has a new teaser for the upcoming expansion.
The teaser gives us a peek at the landscapes, the brand new continent on the way, the architecture, and more. Since it is just a teaser, it's brief so we don't spend too long on any one thing, but we get an overall idea of how expansive this new continent will be. We see just some of the beauty of the lands that everyone will be able to explore when the expansion is released in North America and Europe next month.
Land Of The Morning Light is a continent that is based on Korean myths and legends. The official description involves light and dark dichotomies, with inspiration from moral fables, characters based on legends, and inspiration from the Joseon period, with the last dynastic kingdom of Korea. Some of what we can expect in the content will be day and night cycles, light and dark forces in opposition, and a beautiful land that we can get a peek at in that teaser.
Beyond the peaceful and beautiful terrain, Pearl Abyss promises That there is a shadowy mystery to investigate, dangerous to find as you explore all of the regions, and a number of riddles and other puzzles that you will encounter. You’ll get to meet and help some of the continent’s inhabitants, which will also take you into new places and new encounters.
Yet, there’s still much mystery to what we can expect, today’s teaser at least lifts the lid just a tiny bit. The team will be revealing more details every week up until the arrival of the expansion in June.
