Black Desert Online Adds Two Land of the Morning Light Monster Zones, New Accessory Type, and Halloween

Black Desert Online has added two new Land of the Morning Light monster zones, a new accessories type, balance, changes and events. The Halloween event returns, and the 10th anniversary keeps offering generous gifts. 

Dokkebi Forest and Honglim Base are the two new monster zones added. Honglim Base is a challenge intended for those who are still on their progression journey, while Dokkebi Forest is for higher level players. Honglim Forest features a 200% Black Spirit activation device, so this adds a new layer to the challenge. Pearl Abyss is still working to add more zones, and advised that Golden Pig Cave and Gowun Plateau are in the works and will be added as soon as possible. they're also letting us know that there will be enhanced yellow accessories for rewards.

Speaking of accessories, Deboreka accessories are being replaced by a new type, Khazarad accessories. The enhancement levels on the new accessory types have a reduced difficulty compared to the Deboreka. The high difficulty for enhancement of Deboreka  was discouraging. This change aims to be more user-friendly and help those who never got the Deboreka accessories or got to enhance them. If you did Succeed and enhancing those accessories, you can convert them directly to enhanced Kharazad accessories. 

Essence of Dawn is a new material related to Khazarad accessories, and you’ll need to collect it for the new enhancement process. One way to get it is by heating crystals from the Land of the Morning Light monster zones.

Black Desert Online has also brought back the Halloween Adventurer Log. The event chapters are playable now through November 7th when the event ends and you can earn items you might have missed in previous years. if you've completed the whole thing before, it will be available to you.

The 10th anniversary is also going strong, with  the continuation of 10 weeks of rewards. Some of the valuable rewards include J’s Hammer of Loyalty, 2,014 Cron Stones, the “Choose Your 10 Years Outfit Box,” and the Mythical Censer.
