Black Desert Mobile has received the Great Ocean expansion bringing a new region, brand new features, activities, and more.

You’ll be able to check out the Great Ocean after you’ve completed the North Valencia quests. On the map, you’ll see a fog-covered world mass. One of the major features of Great Ocean content is naval warfare.

During this naval warfare, you’ll be able to unleash cannon fire and wage battle against ferocious sea monsters and fearsome pirates. Pearl Abyss is noting the controls for these cannons should be fairly intuitive, so you should be able to quickly and easily bombard enemies but holding, aiming and releasing the fire button. Just as you attack, however, you must also defend your loot from opponents in PvP.

While you’re out exploring on the waves, be on the lookout for flocks of seagulls which indicate rich fishing grounds. At these fishing grounds, you’ll be able to, um, fish, and exchange these fish for valuable craft materials including plywood and steel. These materials are vital in upgrading your ship.

Just last week Black Desert Mobile received the Lahn class. You’ll be able to select either Lahn’s original Ascension class, or her Crimson Lily Awakening class. We’ve got the details for you here. You can actually check out some Lahn combat from Black Desert Mobile here.

Earlier this year, Black Desert Mobile saw rebalance for the Blade Master, in addition to the Shai class joining the roster.
